Chelsea supports the growth and visibility of the One Wall. One Cause initiative by helping build relationships with athletes, partners, and sponsors. She plays a key role in recruiting elite athletes for the Exhibition Games at the Handball for Hope event while also contributing to sponsorship outreach that supports the program’s three pillars: the Youth Leadership Program, the Handball for Hope signature event, and the Community Walls Movement. Chelsea also assists with coordinating athlete participation leading up to event night to ensure strong representation and a successful experience for participants and supporters alike.
